Didn't really know what to expect, I've been using the powder since I messed my knees up a couple of years ago. Tolerance sucks, but these get you through that. I don't recommend the chewables as your main method of using kratom, but every once in awhile it's nice boost. They worked well for pain relief and have a nice boost of energy.
