I've been using Hydroxy for a few years now. It works better than the prescription meds I used for both anxiety as well as those sleepless nights. That said, I'm not a big fan of the 400mg 100mg per tab product. Not because of the quality, that's top notch, but because of the high dose. At 1/4 tab the dose is 25mg. That's too strong I usually use the 50mg tabs at 1/4 dose of 12.5mg. You gotta be careful because this product can be addicting.

I find that these gummies start kicking in about 90 minutes after taking one, others usually take about 2-1/2 to 3 hours before they start, where I am feeling the full effects by then and it definitely helps with my arthritic pain in my ankles and feet, and it lasts a pretty long time, I was still feeling it 8-9 hours later. These are the best ones I have tried so far.
