This is my second purchase from NewJaisa. Both the products I baught are robust and have evidently undergone stringent quality checks. I primarily use the mini PC's for academic purpose for which they are very suitable, especially with the interactive panel and whiteboarding applications. Only one thing I will like to Newjaisa to include is display port to HDMI adapters wherever required as I had to order them separately.

Product is amazing, but customer service of NewJaisa is pathetic. One has to figure out things on his own, expecting support from NewJaisa is wastage of tie and energy. Once they have sold the product they don't answer you calls or whatsapp messages. I am still not sure whether the promised anti-virus is installed in the laptop or not.

Its being good I was thinking to give an honest review. The laptop condition is good and almost new. sometimes during heavy workload it will not blackout for a second. But for the budget and Newjaisa team its worth. Expected the fingerprint though still a good steal for the price point.
