Laptop appearance wise looks dated and old, keypad discoloration can be seen but performance wise its quite good coming to after sales service which is very poor and needs lot of improvement, its very difficult to reach out the customer executive, after conversion of sales, the sales executive do not respond to your call nor call back you are being made to hold onto the call for more than 15 minutes. There is no response from the support team against the email sent to them

The speakers, camera & microphone in my Laptop is not working. Iam trying to get support for the past 3days. I have created ticket, sent multiple followup emails, contacted the tech support team, reached in whatspp, but nothing happened and nobody contacted me till now. The basic requirement for me buying this laptop is not met at all. So frustrated with the support team. I did not expect this to happen with newjaisa. Iam very much disappointed.
