I find the pillow to be fairly comfortable but different enough from traditional pillows that there's a bit of an adjustment period for getting used to it. I have this and a traditional pillow on my bed and tend to switch from one to another on any given night. So far I haven't stuck with this one yet for an entire night of sleep.

So far, so good! I sleep on my back and on my side (mostly left, sometimes right). Have only been using this about 10 days and it's better than the similar shape pillow I used before. The old pillow started out good but then got too flat & didn't bounce back. We'll see how this one lasts.

It took over a week to use this properly as I had to look at a you tube especially for side sleeping. Much better now that I know how to use this pillow. I do get a neck pain the next day upon awakening on some days but that seems to be subsiding. Hope this helps. Can't give it 5 stars yet.

the lumbar pillow was nothing special--like all the rest. The photos did not show the adjust belt in back so that came as a surprise. I was expecting to use the posture pillow in a big chair I had that did not call for a belt. that didn't work I am better off with yoga bolsters or robust pillows. The dream pillow is good. I am using it and liking it. I had too large of a pillow before so that purchase was just fine
