Horrible transaction. Didn't like the pillow but couldn't return it like they said because I opened it. How are you supposed to try a product without opening it?!?!? Terrible company, can't even stand behind their product. Definitely don't buy from them or you'll get ripped off. Only got 1 star because there had to be a rating.

I’ve bought Sutera bath mat and pillow and both are good products. So I’m trying the towel and washcloth. After washing per instructions and using. They are ok . Not great, the color changed and the grey almost looks like a green hue in it. Not sure if I’ll buy again.

Pillow case fits perfect and is a comfortable soft material. However, the material soaks up all the oils and lotion from my face. So that in the morning, there is a dark oily spot on the pillow case where i was laying.

Pillow didn't work for me. As a side sleeper it was uncomfortable for my arms as well. I should have read the refund policy better. I could not return it since I used it. How else could I test it? I got a store credit, got 2 towels in return and donated the pillow. Too bad, guess I'll try My Pillow. Read the refund policy carefully!!

The only reason I have the bath mat is because they refused to honor their 30 day return policy for the pillow. It was opened, but in perfect condition and they said it was non returnable. And only offered store credit. So I got this stupid bathmat.
