I'm sorry but I am nit impressed with these pillowcases at all. I bought 4 of them and I wish I had not. Each one had loose threads, the zippers get stuck, and I really have to stretch/struggle to fit the pillows inside of the case. It's as if they are too small.

This is the first pillow of its kind that I’ve tried. It was smaller than I expected it to be. I was hoping the neck opening would be a bit wider and longer. It seems it’s made for a smaller person with a small head. It definitely needs a pillowcase. I like the idea but I will probably look for one that fits me better.

I bought Zen pillow SET but the pillow cover did not ship - and I was told that they had no date for shipping / so I said I’d send the pillow back because I didn’t want it without the case. I was then told that there would be a penalty for returning the pillow - and u refuse to pay a penalty to return an incomplete order. I have bought 4 of these pillows because I Love them!! This most recent one DID NOT FLUFF UP. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE LIKE THIS ONE. I GAVE IT 2 DAYS TO FLUFF UP BEFORE USING. IT DID NOT FLUFF UP. SO I GAVE IT 2 MORE DAYS AND IT IS STILL RATHER FLAT. I do not know why I am having this issue. I really do Love these pillows.
