First: i did NOT order the pillow! I ordered the pillowcase! Received an email the case was on back order; & somehow the pillow arrived! The case came the following week. I wanted to return the unused pillow, but you want to charge me an additional $20 for the return!!! Just for opening the cardboard box it came in!!! It has not been used. Not happy with your customer service at all.

Absolutely torture for my neck and then the return was denied, despite the pillow being in pristine condition wo any marks or wear & tear (and within two weeks of purchase). Honestly, would not recommend especially for the back sleeper because it weirdly lifts your neck and causes it to flex forward which is exactly the opposite of what is good for your neck.

Still trying to get acclimated to my new pillow! Love the arm slots! It feels a little too hard.... thought I would sink into it!? At first I thought it was also a little high so I flipped over and used the opposite side but now I've graduated to the right side up. Might be a little too firm but I don't have any neck pain and feel it has great support!
