Not impressed. Nothing about my neck feels better after using it for 20 days. And their “satisfaction guarantee” is a croc. You can return it for store credit within 30 days and they deduct the shipping costs to get it back to them after I paid the shipping to get it to me. Worthless and bad customer service.

The pillow wasuncomfortable to the neck since the memory foam used is too stiff for the neck. The material of the cloth cover provided with this pillow further stiffened the pillow. Besides, the return/refund policy is too ambiguous. It was nowhere mentioned that pillows are not eligible for returns/refunds. Even the pricing was too high compared to similar producs available online. Overall, a bad experience. Never go for this brand again.
