Purchased, and my husband didn’t like it, so we initiated a return. He slept on it 2x WITH a pillow case. Went to return and had to send them photos. Sent them photos of the Perfect pillow we were returning. They said no to the return, after seeing the photos. Photos were of a perfect pillow with no stains and no damage. Feel scammed!

Pillow actually made my neck feel worse unfortunately. And I’m not happy about the return process and inability to return. An orthopedic pillow should be able to be tried out. I put my own pillow case over it and tried sleeping with it for few nights. Not tolerated :(

As a side sleeper, this is not a good pillow. It’s probably good for people that sleep only on their back. Also, because I slept on the pillow for one night I was not allowed to return it so buyers beware, once you buy it is yours.

I just cannot get comfortable enough to fall asleep with this pillow. I've had very comfortable ones for the last 10 years so maybe I just already had a nicer pillow than this one... I've tried multiple times but cannot fall asleep no matter how many hours I try with it. I loved the idea of better neck support but now I'm finding I can't even return this because it's been used.
