I am still trying to find out why this pillow should get any of the rave advertising it gets. It is a firm chunk of foam cut in an unusual form..the arm supports are too small to provide any practical use. I have tired every position with this pillow with none providing any positive effect for my neck (I am a combination sleeper , but this one fails anything other than back or side sleeping ). On the positive side the pillow case fits ok. Sorry Sutera but this is far from your usually exc...

I ordered two pillowcases and recived the pillowcases plus a pillow itself. So far trying to return it is VERY cumbersome. Also my total purchase was $66 with tax. I was told I'd have to pay a $20 restocking fee ( for lack of a better word ) so my refund SHOULD be in the $42 range. They're now saying its $32. I think I've been duped!!

It is a very poor product and service I used it and it is very uncomfortable to me. I have a neck pain by using your product I have started back pain also which was not their at all the with in 48 hrs I have approach the customer service team they refuse to take the product back and also returning my money back. I liked how the pillow Supported My neck and had special grooves for my arms to rest. Overall the comfort level left me with a stiff neck. I think the pillow's angle down creates a kink in my neck and the pillow's height is not quite tall enough.

Really nice fit of the pillowcase on the Dream Deep Pillow; however, after one use and no matter how clean your hair is, there is an awful looking “oily” spot on the pillowcase. Never seen anything like it before on any other linen used. Even after laundering the spot is still visible.
