I purchased 2 pillows previously in 2020 and 2021 and I loved them. When I made a big move, I gifted them to family members. Now, 2024, I bought another one and it is awful. I hate it. The arm grooves don't fit too well because I have a longer reach than I am tall. I have a 73" reach but am only 5'10". The sik pillowcase is awesome and comfortable. I can't quite fall asleep on my back and tended to get a sore neck, so use it for my feet. Still searching for that perfect pillow but really well made in general.

Not cooling at all. It is nice memory foam and does smell like lavender, but the memory foam is pretty stiff in that my neck is too supported and not pushing down the pillow enough to make it even. Overall not in love with it.

Could not get comfortable laying on the pillow for about 1/2 hr, so did fall asleep on it. Went back to my old pillow. Disappointed to find out that I could not return the pillow because I took it out of its packaging. How in the world can a person find out if a pillow is comfortable without trying it. I would not have bought the pillow if I would have known it was not satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. Open the package and it’s yours?! Wow.
