These were so easy to make! I ended up making 14 in different mediums, t-shirt yarn, bulky and pearl crochet cotton. Each one of them I glued a magnet to the back and then put in a heart covered zip lock bag with the sweet poem copied onto a sheet of note paper... perfect!

I only got to Percy and his clothes before Christmas so Percy's accessories and Poppy with her outfit and accessories will come later, but he loves his Percy so much already!
