I bought this for my Cats birthday, She usually has the Catnip mice but thought I would try this as wanted to see what the hype was about. OMG! The silvervine mouse made her day, she was literally rolling around in heaven for near on an hour! I don't know what it is, but my Cat loves it.

Both my dogs like the taste. They hate a toothbrush so I use a muslin cloth wrapped round my finger and it's working well to rub along the teeth. It's a lot of toothpaste for the price compared to other brands

easy to add a tiny spot of milk to moisten if necessary but take care not to wet it too much. Pup will still probably eat it but when it comes out the other end, it will be wet and messy.

One of our cats needs a HA diet and was originally on Specific FOW HY. After a while she completely went off it and was eating far too little. Our Vet suggested Hills ZD instead and she absolutely loves it and runs to her food bowl now. It’s only been a short while to see if it suits her physiologically but it’s so good to see her enjoying her food again.

Surprised nobody has reviewed this. It is excellent stuff, looks fresher than what we can buy as humans! My dog was diagnosed with a chicken allergy after years of issues with his skin, anal glands and vomiting after meals. He eventually simply stopped eating anything I put in front of him until this or the freeflow tripe. All his issues have cleared up, people constantly compliment his shiny coat and I wish I had discovered this sooner.

My dog absolutely loves this food. The texture is soft and tender, and the smell alone gets him excited at mealtimes. It’s incredibly easy to digest, and I’ve noticed a real difference in his coat – it’s glossier, and his skin seems much less itchy since switching.

The product changed size (not volume) without notice. I contacted Coombes, who went onto contact the procedures, who gave assurances that it's the same ingredients but produced using different machinery. It turns out not to be an issue but it seems comms from producer and supplier wasn't there from the point of change.

I have slowly managed to get my cat to eat the hills zd biscuits (after refusing some of the insect protein ones). The next step was to get him on the wet zd food. He's extremely fussy, especially with wet food and has had periods of a poor appetite due to his IBD. I really didn't want to feed him just dry (although the vet said I could). My cats love acana biscuits, and they come in a large 4.5kg bag which lasts us a month. This company is great as all the food they're selling for cats is actually decent not like pets at home selling literally anything they can and passing it off cat food. I will be sticking with A coombs for all our pet food in future. Really positive experience so far
