Having spent over £2,000 with A Coombes, I am shocked and extremely disappointed by the way my most recent order was handled. I placed an order on 20th October for products clearly marked as in stock on the company’s website. Based on this, I expected delivery within a standard timeframe of 7–10 working days.
Instead, I heard absolutely nothing. By 31st October, I had to reach out myself to ask where my order was. I was told it would be looked into immediately, yet nobody bothered to follow up.
