They offered to send a free gift (which I hadn’t asked for), but that never arrived either. Overall, a terrible experience. I wouldn’t use this company again for online orders.

Our vet suggested we try this food to help with our cats acute IBD. I have to say it didn't look or smell particularly appetising but that is my opinion and I wasn't the one eating it! Unfortunately although our cat did eat it okay, over 2 weeks I didn't see any benefit compared to the other specialist foods we were feeding her.
