I don’t like the look of this watch, think it looks cheap. One of the big selling points was that you said that the battery is “very easy to change“, that isn’t true, it has to be taken to a jeweller to be changed. I won’t be using this watch. I emailed you about these facts and received no reply. I am very disappointed with this purchase and your statement about it being very easy to change the battery.

The reason I liked this is because it has an LED to show the chosen colour. Unfortunately it uses 3 led's and epproximates the colour so one still needs to remember some of the indications as they don't really show the actual colour. Probably best to rely on the vibrations instead. Other than that it's well made and works fine.

It works like it should, that is an absolute pro.
But it does not look and feel like a stone in my opinion. It is too perfect a disc to look like a real pebble. Also it feels like a piece of clay (what it obviously is). And it feels like plastic clay. I made some stones for myself a long time ago for kurotsuke with a magnetic black one, and they were aleway treated like pebbles by hundreds of spectors. I doubt if I would hand this stone to somone and claim it is a stone. The ones ni your trailer...

Just a bit disappointed that the impression boards won’t allow to write in the 6 numbers people call out as their desired lotto numbers and unable to print a lotto ticket based on people’s real choices as a 1 man act. To do this would require an offstage assistant and I’m a 1 man show. So overall, doesn’t meet a checkbox I wanted to fill in what I would call a good lotto effect for a 1 man show.

The smart printer is a nice piece of magic technology that delivers what it promises. The noise it makes while printing needs thought to mask, either by adding cover with music or housing the unit in something with additional soundproofing. Also, I’ve not had consistent success with the paper feed landing directly inside the glass jar inside the box, but this can be overcome easily.

I have used my Pitata Smart Printer max. 5 times since November. I wanted to work with it today but it is completely dead. The app on my iPhone finds a connection but the printer does not react at all although it has been freshly loaded. Does anybody have an advice? Probably how to reset the printer?

I'm not happy that I have to use my cellphone to input the numbers of a winning lotto ticket. I thought I could use either my whiteboard or smart memo pad to input the numbers. Ideally, on stage, I was hoping to simply write down the chosen numbers on either the board or memo pad and have those numbers be received by the smart printer and print my ticket. I find holding a phone and inputting the numbers looks too suspicious to any audience as everyone knows cell phones can hook up to any bluetoo...

the original box didn't work only two bars heated up.
I was sent a replacement but that had the same problem. I sent two videos of the unit not working yesterday.at this point I think I should get a refund and I would be glad to send them back. the other option would be a credit toward future purchases.

After numerous attempts and watched over the instructions carefully (in regard to the connection difference of the previous model and the current model), the main unit and the stone do not connect to each other easily or reliably. I tried to line up the “p” with the special flat spot and varied the angle(s) without success.
