Email sent me a tracking link to Fedex, but then it was UPS that ended up delivering the package & the shipper name wasn't Pitata it was some other company name so I thought it was a scam. All of the markers arrived dead (ink dried) & the whiteboard vinyl was all creased on the one edge due to the packing.
