I purchased the journal and an additional product from Pitata. Both products arrived with issues and are not practical for professional use. The journal itself has charging issues, but worse, it cannot be used safely. Item arrived and when I tried to fit my smart scale inside and adjust, the top was a few mm above the edge of the board. I contacted customer support and they guided me through various troubleshooting tip to try and get it aligned. In the end, I tried to "unwarp" the wooden base and had to bend the metal top at diagonal corners to get it things aligned so as to not be noticed by the audience.
