Burlebo has been great to work with so far. I have purchased 2 shirts from them for my husband. The last one had a defect (Burlebo tag on the pocket was sewn upside down), which I did not notice until I had removed the tags and was getting ready to wash the shirt. I emailed Burlebo, explaining what had happened, and asked if I could exchange the defected shirt for another. They are sending me a new shirt.
