Love using these after needling. Keep in fridge so they’re nice and cold and refreshing when you’re red and tender. Box says to keep on for 10/15 minutes I keep them on until it start to dry/warm up and then spritz with cold water to keep that calming effect post needling. Love these!

I am glad that I have the opportunity to give an opinion on this product, I purchased the device and received a cartridge of 12 needles with it, it was painful and I was not able to pass 0.25 depth and the lowest speed. But the 36 needle cartridge makes all the difference! I was able to perform a procedure with a needle depth of 0.5 mm without numbing cream! No pain at all, I think you can reach a depth of 1 without using numb with this cartridge. Highly recomm...
