The pen which is the a7 is amazing and it’s quick to order and deliver and get new cartridges. I recommend it but if I can give a message to the company I’d say please don’t email me every week like you do now and stop sending vouchers and other things as it’s not needed. I’ll buy refills when I get close to running out. If you keep pushing the product like this it gets annoying and isn’t needed as it actually a great product.

Doesn't have the same power for cleaning as other models on the market but skin does feel smoother and yes pore size is reduced. I didn't have high hopes for this device as I had heard about other similar devices that were not good or caused more issues to people's skin. However I really liked this device. It is gentle enough to not hurt, but definitely strong enough to clean the skin. I'm not the biggest fan of the oval/round head for skin but the Exfoliant head is great. The oval is great for plumping up the lips a bit. Also the heat/cool end is so lovely for working serums/masks and moisturisers into the skin.
