I love the goofish black 3-6, 1 piece with left spiral wrap. I was out on a two day bluefin trip out of San Diego. I caught 3 bluefin between 50 to 70 lbs on the goofish rod. I used a 200 gram blue pink jig down 200 to 300 feet. I'm hooked on goofish rod.

Took this rod out first time fishing offshore Texas coast. I caught a 5 and 6 foot shark jigging rod handled it great. Along with the sharks I brought up 10 Red Snapper ranging from 16" to 24". No problems at all. Great rod. Very impressed!

Great little rod. Outstanding price. My only regrets is only purchasing green and not pink as well. I paired it with an Avet MXJ. I suggest going with a Seigler SGN long handle though. That will be my next purchase when I end up buying the pink version.

These are the only rods I use. Even if I'm bottom fishing. I've used a 8 ounce bank sinker with a hi lo rig for sea bass in 70ft no problem. I've jigged strippers and blackfish. This week I'm taking it offshore jigging in 200 to 300ft of water for jumbo black sea bass. I plan on using 250 gram jigs on the pink and have confidence it will handle it no problem. The more you use the rod the more you'll realize they are the legit. Thanks so much Goofish!!

The 1st time that I ever used a jiggy stick and was able to hook up a 150 pound bluefin tuna using a Accurate B V-2 narrow. Fought the fish on 50 pound test for 2 hours and right at gaff fortunately lost the fish which would have been an epic photo. Still I love the rod and it worked well for me and I cannot wait to use it again.

Just got back from an offshore sea bass trip out of point pleasant, Nj with the goo fish rods. These rods were incredible. This picture is of my best friend Ryan. He prefers the yellow rod with his avet sxj. In this picture he has 1 19", 1 18" and 1 15" with 20 ounces of lead!!!! The fish were taking so much drag that he had to thumb the spool! This is an excellent lightweight and strong spinning Rod. It’s almost as light as a feather. It’s quality made. This Rod can bend and tire even the strongest fish. The guides are fuji and they seem to be the best guides available for saltwater fishing. My spinning reel feels secured on this Rod. I put a 30lb mono line and it works great.
