Had about 4 of these now, all this flavour, my son loves it. Put loads on chicken, even make it into a marinade or a bit of a barbecue gravy to pour on after. Lovely flavour. This large 2.5 kg tub will last us approx 12-16 months. Well worth every penny.

Just a quick review from a home enthusiast - here's the No 10 on the left of the pic and the No 2.5 size on the right. The 10s are really large, and the thought of filling them is a bit daunting, but we've got a whole pig coming soon so we should be okay! The advice, rapid service and quality of everything I've just received from Butchers Sundries has been very impressive. I'll try to post another pic when the casings are full!

Best skins I've used. Came in a brine salt. I washed them and soaked over night. Same quality as the fresh ones I've bought before from the butchers. Not as much smell as other makes and delivered really quick. Will be buying again.

I use Butchers Sundries and particularly their skins as having tried other suppliers, the quality is superior. Being a natural product, sheep and hog skins do sometimes have flaws but much less so with Butchers Sundries - and their service is first class.

So I use this product to make Halloween decorations. Rather than using nylon webbing that gets binned after one use I used the muslin cloth. It makes fantastic spiderwebs that are far more environmentally friendly. The service I got for delivery was fantastic. I’ve shared Butchers Sundries details with many Halloween enthusiasts already this year so hopefully they won’t all be clambering to buy it in October. ! I’ll be back next year for more.

Worked with this dry cure before this photo and can say makes great smoked bacons. And would Recommend for butchers. Just let it sit 5 to 6 days before washing cure off. And turn each 2 days.

It’s been difficult to get hold of gluten free ready-made Chinese chicken recently, so this coating is a brilliant choice. It’s amazing, it comes out perfectly coated in the oven and is so tasty. Will be ideal for cooking on barbeques in the Summer. I love it.

2nd time of making sausages, both with these casings. Very easy to use and even for a novice like me didn’t tear. I’m really pleased with my purchase and will be ordering more in the near future because we’ve eaten almost all of the batch pictured. Hopefully I’ll get them more evenly filled once I get the hang of my new stuffer.

This is the MacDaddy of seasonings. Ran 6kg of pork through my butchers sundries mincer, cured as per the label and then produced batches of gala, stilton top, pickle tops and traditional pork pies. The meat has a lovely pink tint when cooked and holds together really well. My friends and family are more than impressed with the flavour profile too. Not too salty with a hint of white pepper.
