First ever time making sausages...had a bit of trouble getting the skins onto the nozzle but that was my fault, not a fault of the skins!! Used 2kg of meat and used 2 of the 3 lengths that came in the pack. Made about 30 sausages.

Initially very impressed, very quiet, works real well, for me very simple and logical to use never using on before. You have to press quiet firmly at the ends till you hear a click to make sure top it down. Only 3 buttons and I’m sure I didn’t read it but it has a built in bag cutter. After seeing embossed bags only it means the roll/bags must have the ridges backing to remove all the air, easy to stop as the bags/rolls are opaque and not clear. My only note would be the seal line is very sm...
