Honestly took longer then I had expected BUT am very happy with the results. Hat quality as well as printing quality. Plan on ordering again for giveaway promo gifts.

Great looking hats! I ordered two different designs (12 and 6 of each them). They are comfortable to wear and look great!

Maybe the logo could of been about a 1 inch bigger all the way around.. but i like them andnwill be ordering more

It took way way way too long to receive this order. It would stall in the process i would email asking whst was up and they would do another step. It was over a month to receive.

I would love to give it a higher review but the logo should be black and it came grey and it took over a month to get em but we’ll still wear em lol

All in all the process was very smooth and the team from Lids didn’t hesitate to respond back with answers. But the downfall is if you want your order quickly forget it . Your looking at least 4 week wait to get your order to your front door . Now all the other companies I buy from are about the same or worse .

Besides the month to get them it’s ok thanks letters are wider than the logo they supposed to be aligned under the logo but o can live with that thanks

Love the product. My issue is time line. I felt after approval of art it took way to long for completion and shipping and shipping was normal usps.

The hats came quickly and the quality was great. The stitch work was also top notch and we would order from them again and plan to do so

The embroidery is perfect. Great work The hat, thats the only reason i didt go all five stars. Im picky and the hat should be comfortable. This hat is average at best. Get Legacy brand hats and ill buy more.

Pretty good value for the money. Very happy with the look and feel. Will probably order more in the future.

Big fan of your hats! One complaint though. I thought when I picked a all black hat, that the stitching would also be black. Maybe next time. Thanks guys
