The product I received was not the colors I had approved. Also, per advertising, I thought turnaround time would be quick for an order of 12 hats and I was disappointed with the total process taking approximately 35 days. To be fair, it was only displayed that it would be a quick turn around, it was not specified. So that is on me. But to receive hats that dont have the correct colors. And I havent heard back from customer service.
