Extremely poor Customerservice extremely limited responses. Most emails were ignored. I made several attempts to ask for a complete refund. None was given. I contacted the credit card company to file a claim against this order because it took over two months to receive and I was shipped a hat that I didn’t ask for in terms of approved proofs
