Product was as expected and pretty easy to install. There was a bit of issue with installing one of the lights in the door because it popped back inside the door and I had to fish it out with a hook-shaped wire I had around the garage. The glovebox light was also a bit frustrating to get out. However, in the grand scheme of things, it really wasn't that much of a hassle. Shipping process was started within hours of ordering. Had to contact customer service for a tracking query and got a reply right away with all the correct information. It probably took me longer to open the package and watch the instruction video than it did to do the install. Far better quality than the stock parts that were replaced . No ridges as pictured on the item page. Very good overall, but had to trim the driver's side due to a portion of plastic trim in the upper inner kick panel of the driver's seat/foot area. Otherwise, still pretty good. I can live without the lines/ridges, but I think it looked better that way. Still, I'm not requesting a replacement as I has to remove trim on the passenger side to install it well...and I'm not taking them out.

I love this simple way to add some pizzas to the Model Y. We have a 2023 Y and saw this item on YouTube. It took a long time to take delivery, but the company kept me updated. It finally arrived and I was excited to install it. Unfortunately no matter what I tried, the item would not slide into place. It is supposed to be a very easy, quick install, but something is blocking the space on our vehicle. I am going to request a return.

Great buying experience, product came quickly in a proper box for shipment. I like these door lights i bought a set for my GTR a few years ago from another supplier i noted that the filament seems to dim after time likely due to the strength of light passing through it. Hopefully this brand for my Tesla lasts longer before the filament fades.

The arm rest is actually amazing … for the price it takes a few minutes to clean the arm rest and then place on with adhesive that’s already attached The emblem for the plaid is as described , I won’t use it because it looks too red … I would stick to original…. Overall the shipping took too long but the packaging well protected and the product t was as described …. The alcantera was perfect and feels and looks amazing …. The case of the steering was really stuck on the bottom when attempting to remove the casing of the steering whee it broke :(. The piece that was stuck wouldn’t come out after it had broken. It stuck to the casing. The wheel itself looks amazing adds a meaner sportier look to my Tesla.

The struts are the hardest part to get in once you’ve got those done the rest of it’s pretty easy. I didn’t get any instructions, but luckily there’s good videos out there that I could work out how to put it in.
