I will never buy a product from you again. The color you show for your customization does not match the color received. Your response that the color shown on the computer” and that you can’t guarantee because of “variance” in thread is not acceptable and if true, why wouldn’t’ you have posted that when ordering? I understand no refund on “customization” but if it is wrong, you need to do the right thing. A $50 credit does nothing as I will never use these. Jeff

These seat back covers are great! They do a fantastic job of covering up the cheap-feeling stock plastic seatbacks in my '23 Model 3 LR. The material matches the 'vegan leather' of the vehicle's seat cushions (black interior).

I had my model Y wrapped and the original emblem was taken off. The wrapper and I ordered two emblems at the same time one from Tesla and the other from you. The original was chrome underlined in red and the one from you was black underlined red. Both were as beautiful.

Not as advertised as being sharp and clear. Quality must have went down from other pics from other users from R8Talk. It has blue lines on the out side of each end and yellow on inside of white. Also the red curves on outside where it is to be straight. All seen in photos. Not with the $.

Before I ordered the shade for my 2022 Model Y LR, I watched the installation video on your site. The video’s model has control buttons in the back as well as the front. The shade I received had only front controls. You should specify this in the product description. My shade was difficult to install the front screws - I pushed the rear in as far as it could go; yet, serious force was required to line up the front screws, causing fear that I would damage my header.
