I had emailed my dissatisfaction and get some sort of generic email or only addressing one of the three issues. When I responded to get an answer on the others, I was ghosted. I sent another email requesting an answer. I really feel that this item should be seriously discounted. Customer service is lacking in the quality control isn’t there as well. I paid over $1100 for a steering wheel. Customer service should go along with that you can reach me at 818-517-1400.
