Although the product is good, I was disappointed by how long it took to arrive – three weeks and several emails. Very frustrating. I'm also disappointed by PimpMyEV's return process. It sounds simple on the website, but it's not. Return authorization is needed, and they require photos. I don't think I'll continue to patronize this company.

I chose these because they wrap most of the door handle while others just cover the front. They installed easily and work perfectly on the rear doors. On the front doors, they fit too tightly and bind up when the handles draw in. I sanded down the top areas that were binding and then waxed them to make the sanded part look good again. Fortunately, they are real carbon fiber and still look good after the modification.
