The only concern I have was the time it took to deliver (took 3-4 weeks). I was only contacted on the day that arrival of the package was in "10 minutes" when I was originally advised that I would be kept informed of its delivery by way of tracking which did not happen. Luckily I am satisfied with the product.

You will need to purchase a couple anti rust spray cans from bunnings which cost $15.93 a can & spray it before installing it otherwise you would have to undo all the U bolts like I had to & re stall it

Everything seems like alright quality. But they had specified the screws and nuts and bolts were 316 stainless and they were not. However they did send some 316 ones through. The join also connecting the guttering system isnt very sturdy. It does need another pole added which will cost you another $160 for the middle. Referring to the 4x5m patio cover.
