I found the product really helpful in adding to my night time routine to help sleep. Having had a stroke fairly recently I have to be careful about medication. This might be considered herbal but it is medicinal. I take it when I wake after sleeping for about 3 hours and drop back to sleep for the rest of the night. Capsule size is excellent -not too big. I have transferred the capsules into a screw top jar as opening the resealable pack is fiddly for me.

Like many ladies menopause was full of ups and downs for me - bad sleep pattern, low mood etc etc. I also suffered from a bit of anxiety at times - something very new to me!! Been looking for a set of earplugs that work for me since Bolsen changed their design. These are even better in my opinion. Brilliant for a quiet nights sleep. The smaller ones are a bit too small and I wish there’d been an option for all large ones, but even so, highly recommended

This eye mask has been made with alot of thought and care. You can tell. I have found it so comfortable. The fabric is soft and there is no pressure on your eyes, it doesn't touch your eye lashes either. It blocks out all light , around the nose also. The fastening works really well, and it stays in place. Perfect.

Love these tablets . They have really helped with my sleep without having that horrible drowsiness the next day. I've been using Regulate for a couple of weeks now but not every day and just one piece at a time in order to see what works best for me. I have to acknowledge that when I do take it before my evening meal (which is when I feel the need to eat sugary foods all evening) the need to snack stops. This I like a lot. The taste is unusual at first but you soon get used to it: I just take it and look forward to not snacking after I've eaten my dinner!

Find it helps somewhat with my sleep, which has become harder as I grow older! I am bothered with your packaging for posting - there should be no need for such an elaborate box and packet in today's environmental world. It is totally excessive and over the top. A simple envelope would surely be adequate? Also it would fit through a letter box - twice I've had to go 5 km to the postal sorting office to collect an undelivered parcel due to my being out.
