I ordered the sleep tablets. So far I have been taking them for about 2 weeks and I am sleeping a little better but I think it takes about a month to really set in. I like the product and it’s natural ingredients.

Since menopause I have had real problems with my sleep. Tried other sleep products to no avail. Saw advert for this product, liked the company ethos & decided to give it a go. Well what a difference. I now drop off easily and usually stay asleep all night (although being diabetic I often need the bathroom at night!!). I wake up feeling refreshed - no more feeling like I’ve done 10 rounds with Mike Tyson - that horrible feeling other products give!!!

Due to a back injury I hadn’t been sleeping at night, I had tried other sleeping tablets but they just left me too groggy the following morning then I tried sleep from earths secret - it was the first sleeping aid that actually gave me a full nights sleep and rested in the morning feeling energised.

It does save my life, moved in to a new flat next to a noisy road, I couldn't live here if it wasn't for these earplugs. Only downside you can't sleep in them, would love you to develop a product.

Soft comfortable mask which shuts out all light and aids sleep. Also - it stayed on during the night which most masks don’t do. It doesn’t feel hot or make you feel claustrophobic either

I know this sounds crazy but a full moon, amongst other things such as worry or stress, often affects my sleep. With this product I sleep well and don’t have any grogginess or after effects the next day. I have recommended it to a neighbour who had a disturbed sleep pattern due to his wife’s illness and he too said he has slept better having taken two capsules before going to bed. I only take one.

I would strongly recommend you do your research on the ingredients though to ensure they're for you.
As far as I am aware, Rhodiola, Ashwagandha, and Holy Basil are Adaptogens - which take time to build up into the system. Adaptogens are thought to stimulate the body's stress-protection responses, helping it to return to a balanced state called homeostasis.

I really love this supplement. I have sleep problems for few years now. I struggle to stay asleep for a full night, usually wake up early in the morning around 3 am.
