Order was placed in June and received with incorrect engraving, replacements had one cracked glass which was replaced. Although filling my order was a bit lengthy, (finalized this month. October), you did make all corrections & I appreciate that and will order from and refer others to southern brass.

Very nice piece. Shipping takes forever. Ordered back in July had to email them about 4 times order finally came when I asked for a refund on October 3. Received item October 6. I will not order anything else.

Weight of the pen is nice, looks better then the pictures online. The case is a great touch. Wish they could figure a stronger foam to hold them pen in place. Also it wasn’t until I inquired a month and a half after ordering about when my 8/7/23 shipment would be coming did I get tracking updated and the date on the package shows 8/7/23 ship date… could be better with shipping after order is completed and customer shouldn’t have to ask before it starts showing up. All and all this pen is a gift ...

It is an excellent whiskey glass. However, I misinterpreted the add on the website and thought I was ordering a set of 4 for $24.95. I was unhappy I received only one glass and the shipping was 60% of the cost of the glass. I have accepted the resolution of my misunderstanding with the token refund of $1.49. I will read the add much closer if there is a next time.
