The pen is awesome. Very impressed with the look and feel. The case is very impressive too however, the handle hinge broke after opening it on the third time. Not sure why it snapped. Perhaps it had a crack on installation.

WOW! What an interesting item. I'll honestly tell you how well-made and sturdy this is. when I took it out of the box I dropped it on the kitchen floor. to my total amazement, it did not break. it is still in perfect condition. it sure makes a great conversation piece.

To date I have had very good customer service. I’m presently doing some communication to make my last order perfect. Of the two i purchased the plastic e case on one was received with broken hinges. I am presently waiting for the replacement. I was just requesting the plastic case the bottle opener is just fine in both cases just one plastic case was damaged in shipping. I’m sure it was in shipping because all the broken pieces fell out upon open the package
