I really don't feel any difference. I thought it would help me to sleep better but nothing. Perhaps it takes more time. Do you have any suggestions?

I like the beanie but it needs to be offered in multiple sizes because If you have a large grape then it's a little bit tight

The hat could fit better, I don’t prefer the way it fits my head, and it didn’t completely stop my phones signal.

Haven't noticed a difference. Going to give it a week and see if I bought the most expensive beanie for a reason that isn't evident.

Eh, the hat beanie is so so. The material pills easily, and is really heavy. I don't live in below freezing temps.

Wish it was longer so it can be mounted higher. Seems to block Wi-Fi signal as claimed. Still waiting on the beanie I ordered
