Just use the size guide offered and you can't go wrong. I don't buy Nike shoes anymore. I get mine from Omega Walk. I tell everyone about their sneakers. They are the best shoes I have ever bought for my feet. I am a nurse and on them all day. Try a pair and see the difference they make.
