Leaving this review to warn other customers about my experience. I purchased two pairs of shoes from this company, and neither pair fit properly or could be worn. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I encountered delays, conflicting information, and additional shipping charges for a supposed "free replacement." After weeks of trying to work directly with customer service, I still do not have usable shoes or a satisfactory resolution. Based on my experience, I am very disappointed.
