I kept seeing this product on a few trainer's instagram pages and decided to try it. I mix it will Almond milk and drink it every night. It's chocolate, creamy and taste great! For a greens drink it actually taste pretty good! I mix it with coconut milk. It does curve your cravings. I didn’t really notice it actually helping with my bloating or bowl movements. I do notice my energy increase when I drink it! I will be purchasing again :)

The product seems to have done mostly what it promotes. I am on my 2nd 30day batch and for most part bloated ness seems down and energy up. Im not sure if it has done much for weight loss as I fluctuate a bit. However, I have not seen a huge amount of weight loss. Took awhile to find a mixture that both dissolved the product and tastes good. I am going to continue using it and see how the 2nd 30 day feels. I gave a 30 day bag to a friend to try and see how she feels.

I would start feeling bloated towards mid day if was getting uncomfortable, do I needed something to reduce bloating and found this.
