I try to eat fruits and veggies but sometimes it just doesn't happen...so I know that when I drink my detox organics I'm getting so many superfoods to help my immune system, and enegery and help with weight loss. I lost 5.6 lbs in my first week using it. Getting baby weight off is hard especially after 2 surgeries so I'm hoping by using this that I can get it off quickly and keep it off. I also use the protein powder. Just got a couple bottles of supplements but haven't tried them yet
