I have used it in the past (2 years ago) and it absolutely helps me when I travel. This time i taste something spicy in it. I am not sure if the formula changed. Still tastes strongly like chocolate and drinkable. I mix just with water because i don't want extra calories but i am sure if you add a banana and some milk it will taste like milkshake.

My sister has been using the detox chocolate powder for quite sometime now and swears by it!
