Absolutely terrible, you closed my order without sending me any product and yet you want me to review the product for you? Ghosted me on all my emails and calls, what fantastic customer service The product might have been great but the customer service is absolutely terrible. Buy anything from them at your own risk!

It's hard to like (or dislike for that matter) a product that you don't receive. I ordered transparent Kelion lenses along with prescription clip-ins and accessories, only to receive my order months late and with the lenses missing. I can understand delays with delivery and mistakes made with orders, but the most frustrating aspect to the whole experience is not receiving any response to the several attempts to contact Rudy Project I've made in the past few months.

Great product for an amazing price!

I did not receive my bifocal glasses that I ordered last year. I have emailed multiple times and tried to contact the Rudy project but have had no response. I would like a refund and am very disappointed that the Rudy project have not responded to my correspondence

Light and comfortable

They fit well, but the photochromic lens is highly reflective internally - I can see a ghost of my own face, which I find distracting. Thus tried to take advantage of the 30 Day return, but after I submitted the initial form, I haven’t heard back and there are a few horror story reviews, so I might just hold onto them yet.

I got shipped the wrong product. These are my 3rd pair of Rudy Project Rydons and I love them. These latest glasses I ordered the carbon frames but were sent the matte black ones. I have emailed the support line twice, waited over a month and no response. Please reply and I will update this review.

Very accomdating - easy, straightforward -- great product

I’m really happy with the glasses! I’ll admit the process of integrating the RX clip and the frame wasn’t as easy as I expected. Your website was quite overwhelming, so much info, and even as I placed the order I wasn’t 100% confident what I ordered was correct. Having used the glasses on the bike for several rides now, they are fantastic and just so comfortable to wear. The lens isn’t as dark as I was expecting so I may look at a darker option in the future.
