A nightmare experience - avoid Rudy Project
I’ve never had such a frustrating experience with a brand. Expect extremely long waiting times and almost non-existent customer service — both the local distributor and the global head office will ghost you for weeks.
Their “easy” return process? Not even close. It took six weeks just to get my return approved after repeated follow-ups and silence. When I finally ordered a replacement, it took another six weeks to dispatch — and it arrived damaged.

I find it hard to find the sunglasses that fit to my face because I have a narrow face. But this one is fit with me perfectly, the shape is perfect as well, and it protects my eyes from the sunlight. Once I put it on I didn't think twice to put my old sunglasses to retire. This new sunglasses is my go-to sunglasses for daily activities.

Whilst I have really been enjoying my Rudi's, and have consequently bought more, I'm concerned and disappointed that I've managed to break THREE sets of frames now. All in the same place. All in just over 12 months. And seemingly without undue harsh handling.

The reading section takes a little time to get used to, but once that’s mastered, they are great for reading your bike computer, your phone or your watch etc. They don’t seem any different to normal sunnies when your looking ahead.

I am a huge fan of these glasses and the company as I work in the harsh environment and have had frames break, Once explained the situation to customer service it was replace within days! My last order I have attached pics but seem to be missing one set of lenses the Red ones. I have no dough that the company will sort this out in the next few days! As there Customer service is second to none would be 5 out of 5. if my other lenses where in the frame or box!

Hi, with reference to order no 33015376 placed on 31/12/23, I ordered 2 pairs of the Rudy Project Sintryx Red Photochromic Black Lenses for which I received an email confirmation. When I received the item pictured below, there was only one pair of lenses inside a bubble wrapped case although the packing list said 2 items. It is not possible to fit in 2 cases of the above lenses into the sent auspost packaging.
I have emailed [email protected] on 20/1/24 stating that I have received only 1 ...
