I’m a vegetarian so I eat super healthy and lean, I think that’s why I haven’t seen such an huge increase in my weight. I also went to the gym a lot since that is my normal routine. Overall I’m very happy with the weight I gained. I will order another bottle just to see if it will help me gain the rest of my goal weight.
