I purchased this product as a safer FDA approved (I believe) alterative to another product that had some serious side effect, something with an A. Anyway, I did gain weight with this product but only 2 lbs. My appetite did increase but to be fair, I don't believe I ate enough for the whole time I taked the product. So maybe that had something to do with it. I would give it another try. I only consumed 2 bottles. I would recommend you try it for yourself and see. I will at some point.
