I've tried this device 3 times. I have owned it since Nov 2020. Overall I absolutely do not recommend this. It's very large, heavy and awkward to do on your own hair. I have burnt myself every time. There is no bag or anything heat resistant to store it in, and the stand that is suppose to hold it up doesn't. The waves it creates are ok. Sorry.

I honestly was so excited to use this product as it looks amazing!! At first it was a bit hard to use and really bulky but got used to it after a few minutes. It brings out definitely natural waves in your hair but took longer then expected. I feel that french braiding your hair and leaving it in for a bit, then taking it out gets the same effect. Would not recommend to be completely honest.

Was not the best experience that i've had with customer service. Had to email three times before finally getting a reply. I understand that things can et busy but this was over the space of 2-3 weeks. This product could do with come major improvements as it hardly waved my hair after a few try of testing with different temps etc. Very disappointing purchase and very disappointing service.

Didn't like this at all. I feel like all the models that you see advertised have thin hair and works great for them. I have even tried to straighten my hair first. This did help but the waves just fall out even with hair spray. Not a product I would recommend.
