Found this really hard to use, the on/off button is in wrong place on handle and very easy to turn off accidentally when using, too heavy to hold and doesnt make and curls/waves on my hair even after trying different temps and times, just causes frizzy hair Very disappointed

Its a good tool to have if you like your hair with volume. Would reccomend using a hair syrum to protect from the heat, my hair starts smelling burnt and yuck obviously when its on 200.

it's ok. You need to hold the tidal waver on each small section of hair for quite a long time and the waves are pretty unimpressive. the blowout brush is alright, easier than using a regular hairdryer but overall the results are not like the videos. the hair supplement tastes strange at first but the after-taste isn't too bad. I've got quite thick hair so doing it in smaller sections is a MUST for me. In saying that, it takes longer. I've tried most of the heat settings accordingly to my hair type and when doing it at 200 degrees, I noticed my hair smelt burnt for the entire day (that's with products put in afterwards too.) Will also like to mention, the handle heats up that it's very hot to touch so it makes opening the barrel pretty uncomfortable.
