Awesome rack especially for the price! I was a little worried that the plastic pulleys would not be strong enough but they are tough and cables are smooth. Very versatile. I've purchased several benches which always inflate their rating. Typically, you'll buy a bench, get it, assemble it and slowly lose confidence in the build up and to the point of finishing it. I can say that the bench from Major Fitness exceeded all of my expectations. It's structurally sound, provides great support, easy to move and adjust. This really is an impressive piece of equipment for the cost. The squat rack is sturdy and heavy even without plates weighing it down. I have all of my plates on a separate weight tree and I still use every function (like the pull up bar and dip bars) without any additional weight to hold it steady. Fits nicely on my SML07. Make sure you add counter weights to the rack before using. The arms feel solid and adds many different variations to my workout. I really like the adjustability of the arms and how it can be used with the pulley system. The only downside is that you may need to remove the arms if you need to raise or lower the pulley. Our B52 was delivered on separate days, but no more than three days apart. All the boxes were in good shape. It took about an hour to unpack all the parts and another three hours for two people to fully assemble the unit with bench. The instructions were better than most I've seen, but what really impressed me was the fit and form of the machine itself. It went together very smoothly with no fighting to make parts fit or align.
