Fits nicely on my SML07. Make sure you add counter weights to the rack before using. The arms feel solid and adds many different variations to my workout. I really like the adjustability of the arms and how it can be used with the pulley system. The only downside is that you may need to remove the arms if you need to raise or lower the pulley. This is completely worth the money! Solid equipment, very high quality. Putting the cage together is easy when combining the written instructions and video. When one direction is a bit unclear, the other source helps. About 3 hours to assemble, but mostly just nuts/bolts/washers. I’m a novice and had very few challenges. I gotta tell you, I really like this bar. I'll keep this short as possible and to the point. Start with the Cons: The diameter of the sleeve mount are wider than need be for an Olympic bar.
