The F35 rack is great!. Installation was straight forward and fairly simple. I do recommend using silicone based lubricant during installation on the cables and pulleys. After I put it together the cables seemed to bind slightly. After a light coating using a cloth they move smoothly. The rack is very sturdy when properly mounted. Got the F22 power rack with the rubber mats to protect my pretty floor underneath. I don't have a basis for comparison as you can see these were the first components of my workout room. Picture shows two boxes worth. One seems enough (barely) for the power rack but I'm glad I got two so I could extend the mats a little further for the bench to come in and out without touching the floor.
